Requirements
- Strong experience in scientific communication, medical/scientific illustration, biomedical visualization, life science education, or a related field
- Deep judgment in scientific visual communication, with a track record of accomplishing challenging initiatives
- Experience managing or leading people in a high-bar, collaborative environment
- Ability to operate as both a functional SME and a strong cross-functional partner
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-expectation work
