We're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own and evolve the systems, infrastructure, and processes that power our marketing efforts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment
- Deep expertise in Marketo or HubSpot, and strong working knowledge of Salesforce
- Proven experience designing and managing lead routing and lifecycle workflows
- Hands-on experience with marketing integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, APIs)
- Strong understanding of campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Experience supporting web tracking, SEO, and lead capture flows
- Familiarity with modern data and tooling ecosystems (e.g., Vercel or similar platforms)
- Comfort working with AI tools and integrations (e.g., Claude) and a curiosity to experiment with new technologies
