Pioneer Talent Program - Product Manager, Trading Systems

Binance is a leading global blockchain ecosystem seeking a Product Manager to manage trading systems, translate complex business requirements into technical specifications, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver system improvements. The role involves managing key trading logic configurations, partnering with stakeholders to ensure system updates are safe and compliant, and monitoring system performance and incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quant fields.
• Less than 5 years of experience (including internships), ideally in trading systems, backend product, fintech, quant, or platform roles.
• Strong understanding of trading fundamentals such as order book mechanics, margin, leverage, liquidation, PnL, and risk management concepts.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to work with complex mathematical models and system rules.
• Comfortable working with data and technical teams; experience with SQL/Python/Excel is a strong plus.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
