The MAC Team Lead is responsible for supervising a team, planning and delivering facility moves, adds or change projects, including Furniture Installation coordination.

Requirements

  • Supervises a team of individual contributors.
  • Establishes work schedules and priorities.
  • Assigns, prioritizes and monitors work progress and completion.
  • Monitors and provides performance feedback, evaluating performance and assisting with performance reviews.
  • Hires and retains team members.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with vendors.
  • Ensures assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope, budget and requirements.
  • Resolves issues and manages client expectations.
  • Liaises with clients and vendors to understand project requirements and propose alternate solutions.
