We're seeking a Technical Delivery Coordinator who excels at keeping many moving pieces in sync at once. As a key connector between internal teams at Vision33 and our clients, you will orchestrate communication, keep projects on track, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years project delivery experience working directly with internal and external clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems, or an equivalent post secondary combination of education and/or experience.
- Highly adept at coordinating many simultaneous responsibilities—able to keep multiple workflows moving, adjust priorities on the fly, and prevent critical items from slipping through the cracks.
- Demonstrated client-focused approach with superior people skills.
- Proven technical aptitude from past experiences.
- Analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities are essential.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration, communications (written and verbal), and conflict resolution skills are a must.
- Self-motivated, fast-learner, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects.
- Independent-thinker and driven to achieve success within a customer service environment.
