Requirements
- Develop accurate cost estimates based on detailed business requirements and specifications
- Evaluate potential cost variations and prepare preliminary budgets, even before engineering drawings are available
- Obtain material pricing and organize information to create and submit customer proposals
- Review subcontractor and vendor estimates and facilitate procurement discussions
- Update customers on job status via third-party platforms and coordinate with dispatch for installation scheduling
- Ensure all vendors and products meet safety, health, and environmental standards
- Provide timely cost estimates to support project tracking and budget adherence
- Maintain current and historical procurement databases and generate reports
- Develop requests for proposals and evaluate project risks
- Support lead generation, customer service, and project initiation coordination
- Contribute to special projects or provide expertise based on business needs
Benefits
