We are searching for a Senior UX/UI Designer to integrate our internal UX/UI design team and provide UX expertise to product owners and product development teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience as UX/UI Designer and excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience as UX/UI Designer
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on real projects
Strong UX research and analytics skills
Conceptual thinking and a very independent way of working
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
Proficiency in Figma
Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and UI kits in Figma
Excellent communication skills in German and English
