This role supports the modernization and enhancement of existing systems as well as the design and development of new platforms and capabilities. As the UX practitioner, you will have significant ownership, autonomy, and influence—shaping how user-centered design is embedded into our product development process.
This role is ideal for a designer who is comfortable working independently, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys partnering closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to deliver intuitive, high-impact user experiences.
5+ Years of experience in UX design, product design, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX work, including research, interaction design and visual design
- Experience designing for complex systems, enterprise products, or SaaS platforms
- Experience designing or supporting products that incorporate AI driven, automated or intelligent workflows (e.g. agentic AI, copilots, automation tools).
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc)
- Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards and responsive design
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work forward with minimal oversight

- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and stakeholder input.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering throughout discovery, design, and delivery phases.
- Facilitate design reviews, usability readouts, and collaborative working sessions.
- Establish and maintain UX standards, design patterns, and reusable components
