Founded in 1982 by Michael E. Grilli, PE, BETA started with three employees in a small Rhode Island office. Today, we have expanded to seven offices throughout New England and foster a team of highly skilled professionals who are dedicated to delivering outstanding results. Our commitment to excellence has helped us establish long-lasting relationships with our clients, ranging from municipalities to private sectors. Our primary services include transportation and traffic engineering, environmental services, civil and site engineering, and landscape architecture, amongst others.
