Challenges You Will Solve
We are looking for a tech-savvy, business-process-oriented individual to oversee and integrate our sales/revenue systems, rationalize business requirements and assist in the delivery of high-value solutions to the Go To Market (GTM) organization. In this role your focus will be to improve key business processes, evolve and integrate our systems to support growth, and enable data-driven decision making.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with users across the GTM function and cross-functional stakeholders to understand and articulate business needs into processes and systems with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor for business users of all levels
- Serve as a subject matter expert on system integrations through Mulesoft
- Drive the planning, prioritization, and design of new projects & system improvements
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to monitor user base adoption and offer additional training, communications, and system enhancements
- Maintain data quality, system integrations, and functionality with GTM tech stack
- Build and update process documentation, tool training documentation and integration documentation
Fuel Gauge:
- This role will pay between $90,000 - $105,000 depending on experience and other determining factors.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years working with/within a Revenue/Sales Operations function with focus on business and systems
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud including Salesforce CPQ required
- Strong working knowledge of Mulesoft and system integrations
- Experience with GTM systems such as Marketo, 6Sense, Zoominfo, Gong, Docusign
- Experience with BI software, like Discern.io is a plus
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, consolidating systems and integrating M&As
- Strong project management skills
- Passion for learning new technologies and collaborating with colleagues on innovative solutions
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
