Manage the technical aspects of Zoho development and integration, fostering a deep understanding of user needs and driving impactful solutions. Lead the development and optimization of Zoho solutions to enhance platform functionality and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Zoho solutions to address business needs, leveraging a user-centric approach to gather meaningful insights and deliver delightful experiences to all our target personas.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of Zoho product development, ensuring timely delivery of new features and optimizations in collaboration with the Tech org and Business stakeholders.
- Define and track key product performance metrics, optimizing Zoho capabilities based on data and user feedback.
- Communicate Zoho development plans, progress, and results effectively to internal and external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Manage the Zoho tools roadmap, from insights to delivery, prioritizing initiatives based on user needs and business objectives related to Zoho solutions.
- Serve as the go-to person for all Zoho-related inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of the platform and its integration with proprietary software.
- Design and articulate the vision for Zoho tools within the broader Benivo ecosystem, gaining buy-in from stakeholders and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Where needed, document and train the relevant teams on new Zoho capabilities. Foster a culture of writing and knowledge sharing, building robust internal and external knowledge bases.
- Ensure enterprise SaaS level quality assurance for Zoho solutions, adhering to rigorous testing and quality standards to deliver reliable and scalable products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior role related to Zoho development, successfully delivering and managing technical solutions in a startup environment.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in engineering, preferably in an HR SaaS or Fintech company.
- Experience defining technical solutions with significant commercial impact.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Personable and flexible working style with a proven can-do mentality.
- Staying up to date with Zoho stack evolution and incorporating it into the Benivo roadmap.
- Experience working in an agile development environment with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation and deep understanding of customer needs.
