We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Alliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and oversee strategic relationships with content and technology partners, enhancing value for our go-to-market strategy. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will develop, implement, and manage strategic alliances that drive revenue growth, broaden our market reach, and boost our sales effectiveness.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and research potential alliance partners that align with our company goals and sales strategy
  • Develop and execute partnership plans that outline win-win scenarios for both parties
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with assigned partners, fostering open communication and collaboration
  • Develop and implement joint marketing and sales initiatives to maximize the impact of the partnership
  • Track and measure the performance of each alliance, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth. Report to Senior Leadership on partner health and opportunities
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to leverage partnerships effectively
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity, adjusting strategies as necessary to maintain market leadership

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate social responsibility; experience in the tech or nonprofit sector is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
