Analyze: Perform data analysis to help solve complex operational problems and generate insights Build: Create tools and dashboards that identify business trends and assist in strategic decision makingStrategize: Scope and plan data solutions that can be scaled to create higher quality, data-driven results across the organization.Partner: Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to develop tools that help convert ideas into operational actions Implement: Facilitate the discovery of opportunities and test hypotheses, providing insight into the potential impact on the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative science, including Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, and Operations Research or related field
- 4+ years of experience in analysis, consulting, project management, operations, technology, or start-ups.
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau - required
- Spreadsheet modeling experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets - required
- Python experience (or another coding language) - not required but very helpful!
- dbt experience - not required but very helpful!
- Experience with data modeling - not required but helpful!
- Ability to clearly communicate and articulate results to both technical and non-technical audiences
