Vice President - Information Security

The Vice President, Business Information Security Office (BISO) will design, stand up, and lead BCD's global BISO organization, building an operating model that embeds security and risk ownership directly into key markets, business lines, and product teams. The role will translate enterprise security strategy into business-aligned execution, strengthen regional and functional risk visibility, and drive integrated ways of working across security, technology, privacy, compliance, and broader business risk stakeholders.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or information assurance, including senior leadership responsibility
• Proven ability to build and lead business-facing security teams operating across global regions and product environments
• Strong understanding of enterprise security frameworks, governance, and risk management practices
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior business, technology, and product leaders
• Experience establishing scalable engagement models, operating cadence, and performance measurement
