Senior Project Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of high-impact meetings and events.

In this strategic, client-facing role, you will oversee complex events from concept to execution by bringing leadership, vision, and operational excellence to every engagement. You won’t just manage programs, you’ll shape experiences, mentor others, and help elevate how we deliver across the organization.

This is a senior‑level meeting planning role designed for experienced professionals who have successfully led complex, large‑scale events such as Sales Meetings, Product Launches and POAs, and are comfortable operating with a high level of ownership and autonomy.

If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, this is your next step.

Your impact

  • Serve as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted partnerships
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex meetings and events, ensuring seamless delivery
  • Translate client objectives into impactful program strategies and memorable attendee experiences
  • Oversee all logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, production, and onsite execution
  • Develop and manage program budgets with accountability and a focus on value optimization
  • Negotiate contracts and cultivate strong vendor relationships
  • Lead and support onsite teams, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction
  • Proactively identify risks, solve challenges, and ensure delivery excellence under pressure

What makes this role senior

  • You lead the most complex and high‑risk programs, not basic or tactical meetings
  • You influence client strategy and decisions, not just execute requests
  • You operate with minimal oversight and are trusted to make informed judgement calls
  • You mentor others and elevate team performance while managing your own portfolio
  • You are accountable for outcomes, budgets, and quality—not just logistics

Leadership & influence

  • Act as a mentor, coach, and subject matter expert to project managers and team members
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires and developing talent
  • Share knowledge and best practices to elevate team performance
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to the development of tools, training resources, and standard operating procedures

You’re great at

  • Client leadership: You build trust, influence decisions, and communicate with confidence
  • Strategic thinking: You connect event execution to business outcomes
  • Managing complexity: You successfully lead multiple high-profile programs simultaneously
  • Problem solving: You stay calm under pressure and find creative solutions quickly
  • Collaboration: You build strong relationships across teams, clients, and vendors

What you bring

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in meeting and event planning or program leadership. Must have experience planning sales meetings, POAs or product launches within a corporate environment.
  • Proven senior‑level experience delivering complex, multi‑day, multi‑stakeholder programs
  • Strong leadership experience including mentoring or coaching others
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills
  • High level of organization, adaptability, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in event technology (e.g., Cvent), Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences events is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 75%

Expectation

This role is not suited for early‑career planners or those seeking task‑based execution; it is intended for professionals ready to lead, influence, and take ownership. Must be available to travel 50-75% of the time.

What you’ll gain

  • A purpose-driven culture focused on growth, innovation, and impact
  • Opportunities to lead high-visibility programs and influence client strategy
  • A collaborative environment where your expertise and ideas are valued
  • Career development and advancement opportunities
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits
