The Senior Manager, Supplier Management & Delivery role is accountable for managing all aspects of an assigned portfolio of global hotel partners, including supplier retention, partner account management, contract negotiation, and financials.
Requirements
- Previous travel industry experience in supplier relations or partner management role
- Experience implementing & managing large market/global suppliers
- Strong project management and negotiation skills to be able to prioritize effectively and drive results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with a wide variety of external and internal partners
- Strong Proficiency in Excel data analysis techniques including, but not limited to, creating and using pivot tables to summarize and analyze data and experience in using advanced formulas and functions such as VLOOKUP
- Proficient with PowerPoint
- Salesforce experience will be valued
- Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation) in English
