Requirements
- Dutch qualified lawyer with extensive in-house experience within a multinational law department
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Customer-service oriented approach to practicing law with an eye towards practical application
- Detail-oriented and skilled draftsperson and negotiator
- Ability to interact directly with the company's senior leadership, proposing practical and creative solutions to complex business issues
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions, organizations and with a diverse group of colleagues at all levels
- Good sense of humor and team-player who will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and collegial atmosphere
