Avid is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner II to support global hiring across Engineering, Product, and Enterprise Technology.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for software engineering, cloud/DevOps, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, QA automation, product, enterprise systems, or similar technical functions
- Direct hiring manager partnership experience, ideally in an internal or embedded TA model
- Ability to evaluate technical candidate alignment and communicate strengths/gaps clearly to hiring managers
- Strong sourcing instincts and ability to build direct pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
