Responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day operations
Monitoring and careful checking of all processes in operational purchasing
Communication with our suppliers and customers by phone and email
Handling customer and supplier queries, such as ensuring hassle-free returns processes, processing credit notes and refunds, checking order statuses, processing cancellations, etc.
Ensuring on-time supply of the end customer by our suppliers
Qualifications
Degree in Commerce / Economics and first professional experience in operational purchasing and an interest in IT topics is desirable
High level of analytical thinking, organisational and excellent communication skills
Service- and customer-oriented, the ability to provide the best solutions
Conscientiousness, effectiveness and reliability
Fluent Russian and intermediate English skills; knowledge of German is a plus
