Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Conversational Experiences: Collaborate with cross-functional teams todesign user-centric conversational interfaces Virtual Agent platform.

• Analyze and Optimize Conversations: Regularly review and analyze user interactions to identifyareas for improvement and optimization.

• Support Integration with Customer Support: Understand our customer support processes andwork-flows to create seamless and helpful conversational experiences for users.

• Multilingual Support: Design and adapt conversations to ensure they're culturally relevant andlinguistically accurate in both French and English.

• Iterate and Test: Use data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve conversationaldesigns, test on live the AI Virtual Agent functions.

• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in conversational AI, chatbots, andrelated technologies.

• Collaborate: Work closely with the customer support team, product managers, developers, andother stakeholders to ensure conversational experiences are aligned with company objectives.

Requirements

• Languages: Proficiency in French And English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.

• Customer-Centric: A keen understanding of customer support processes and how to translatethem into effective conversational experiences.

• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to presentdesign decisions and iterate based on feedback.

• Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to address user needs and businessobjectives.

• Team Player: Works well in collaborative environments and values feedback from colleagues.

• Adaptive: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for Design: Keen interest in conversational design, always looking for ways to innovateand improve.

• Attention to Detail: Ensures linguistic and design accuracy in all conversational experiences.
