Job Description
About the role
The Rewards Partner will support the design, benchmarking and analysis of rewards proposition for our Supply Chain and our Operations workforce (about 3000 employees). They will work closely with the HR business partners and key business stakeholders in providing insights to inform competitive base salary and bonus plan designs decisions. They will support projects and strategic initiatives of the Total Rewards agenda. This role reports to the Director, Total Rewards.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of our compensation programs against industry and market trends.
Manage annual compensation review working closely with HR business partners, business stakeholders & the people operations teams.
Lead the design of incentive / bonus plan design and other compensation initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Lead the design and implementation of the job catalog on Workday.
Analyze internal and external salary data to assess pay equity.
Analyze people costs, and rewards effectiveness to identify areas for optimization.
Compile, analyze, and interpret data related to Total Rewards, to generate insights and support decision-making.
Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
Minimum of 5 years of compensation design experience in a relevant role preferably in a large e-commerce organization, with adequate supply chain / operations workforce compensation experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint. Experience with PowerBI will be considered an asset;
Solid experience with Aon Radford or WTW or similar compensation benchmarking data models and analysis;
Strong knowledge of Workday Advanced Compensation;
Fluent English language skills (written and verbal), also fluency in Russian or Polish language will be an advantage;
Strong numerical, modeling and analytical skills, alongside with data management and market research skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
