Requirements
- Completed technical education (HTL / FH / TU) preferably in the field of automation technology / production technology / mechanical engineering / electrical engineering, etc.
- Experience in process optimization in production companies (preferably in the automotive industry)
- Good IT knowledge & programming knowledge
- Knowledge of LEAN management philosophy desired
- Good German and English skills
- Good analytical thinking, process orientation, and precise work
- Independent, action-oriented personality with „hands-on mentality“
