THE ROLE

We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Director, Partnerships - DACH who is passionate about building strong relationships with creators to lead overall partnerships program strategy, manage and develop key agency and in-house partner relations for the DACH market.

This role is equal parts strategy, relationship building, analytics and creativity. We're looking for someone who can successfully navigate through a high volume of critical (and often, shifting) needs, while not skipping a beat – we expect this person to have a growth-oriented mindset with the readiness to influence our program and have a strategic impact from the very beginning.

Your mission is to create the #1 creator brand to work with in DACH, second to none. You will be partner-obsessed, embrace a Direct-To-Partner business and look to build a distribution moat of impressions around the verticals that matter most and then those that reach new contextual audiences. The impact you’ll have will be both parts commercial and brand building - making sure that every creator helps to build brand trust and is a genuine AG1 advocate.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the strategy to drive thoughtful scale in partners and high quality new customers in DACH (inclusive of Podcast, YouTube, Social Platforms, Blogs, Affiliates and other emerging creator channels), working closely with DACH leadership to inform overall budget, priorities, partner management and testing strategy.
  • Lead and build a high-performing and passionate team who is focused on building strong relationships with creators at all levels to ensure talent retention and continued growth.
  • Build a multi-tiered influencer network across all areas of the funnel, overseeing the start to finish ecosystem: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, performance, and continued relationships.
  • Network and onboard existing and potential influencer partners that support our brand vision, creating a strong ecosystem of relationships in the creator space. Actively identify and cultivate new communities of media partners as well as new channel expansion opportunities to reach our target customers and extend our reach.
  • Manage always-on strategy and performance to drive high quality customer acquisition and brand awareness within unit economic guardrails.
  • Own cross-functional communication across brand team, creative team, performance team, etc. to ensure an effective program, develop impactful campaign ideas and messaging.
  • Own agency relationships in DACH. This includes managing existing agency relationships and optimizing their performance and growth impact.
  • Own and communicate performance metrics and updates on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to inform short and long-term decisions, measuring against growth targets.
  • Determine a sustainable growth plan to fund the program, deliver results and hit targets by considering performance metrics, brand metrics and moat building.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years experience of growing a multi-tiered influencer program that has surpassed 7 figures in revenue (with a primary focus on YouTube and Social platforms) and have existing relationships with health & wellness content creators.
  • Experienced in leading and developing a team with experience across all media channels i.e. video, audio, social channels.
  • Ability to think as both a growth marketer and brand marketer - a highly analytical, critical and creative thinker that obsesses equally about numbers, messaging and building a brand.
  • Experience building and scaling in-house influencer programs with a portfolio of partners and optimising partner performance over time is a must.
  • A true leader and innovator who challenges the status quo, is capable of setting a growth vision and influencing key stakeholders to drive business results.
  • An experienced negotiator with the ability to build and manage a test pipeline, optimize performance based on analytical insights and constantly challenge the status quo. Comfortable with reading and developing contracts.
  • Incredibly human and partner-centric with the ability to connect with creators on a personal level to deliver best-in-class partnership experience.
  • Deep understanding of the data and analytics side of influencer marketing partnerships. Proficient with G-Suite (Google Docs and Sheets), Data tools and comfortable in keeping track of performance metrics to inform broader decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to pay attention to details, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to lead with proactivity.
  • You have a growth mindset and take ownership of what you do, learn from your experiences and hold yourself accountable.
  • A can-do, positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in the business.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentive plans.
  • A 100% remote working environment (excluding Laboratory positions), which has been implemented from day one.
  • A strong company culture that is enforced through the hiring process to ensure values alignment and a highly collaborative team.
  • A mission-driven approach to everything that we do, with an overall goal to significantly improve our customers’ health and wellness.
  • A high-growth, dynamic environment with opportunities for your direct impact to be felt.
  • Paid holidays, company-wide mental health days, and unlimited PTO (based on your country of residence).
