WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

In the role of Technical Product Manager, you’ll focus on doing your best work to create a real impact with a team of like-minded people, bridging the gap between our customers and the product development team.

  • Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define and refine product features starting from ideation through refinement, acceptance criteria, development, and release.
  • Work closely with the customer operations, sales and product implementation teams to understand the voice of the customer, identify product gaps, and understand how our customers use the product to help drive feature prioritization.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap and priorities for the platform
  • Develop and elaborate on user stories and acceptance criterias to clearly define feature requirements and value for the product and engineering team.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that the user stories are well defined and understood.
