Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vibrant Community Moderator to join our team. As a Community Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our vibrant and diverse talent community. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our talented team and transform businesses globally through seamless partnerships. Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to all mentions, direct messages, and community interactions, ensuring a prompt and informative engagement.
- Enforce community guidelines by reviewing all new posts and comments, removing any that violate these standards, and managing flagged members.
- Collaborate with support teams to address tool-related issues, sharing significant updates and routing specific customer complaints for further investigation.
- Distribute promotional content and announcements within the community to keep members informed of upcoming opportunities and developments.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to relevant internal teams, ensuring that user suggestions and concerns are communicated effectively.
- Facilitate and promote community events and partner webinars, assisting members in marketing these occasions to enhance participation.
- Actively participate in the community by initiating conversations, responding to introductions, celebrating milestones, and fostering a vibrant and engaging environment.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in community management or customer support roles.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English.
- Ability to enforce community guidelines tactfully and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with community engagement strategies and event coordination.
- Familiarity with the Circle community platform is a plus.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to community development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior knowledge or interest in tech and software tools is beneficial.
- Experience editing video and using YouTube is also a plus.
