We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Triggers. You will collaborate closely with our business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. Experience with CI/CD practices and banking integrations, particularly with Client products, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and other Salesforce declarative tools. (one of these)
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, and templates.
- Perform Salesforce.com configuration and customization according to best practices.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration techniques.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development, ensuring continuous integration and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Salesforce declarative development. (one of these)
- Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools and methodologies (e.g., Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Git).
- Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce with banking systems or financial services platforms, ideally with Client products.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, APIs, and security model. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Java is a MUST have
- Python is a nice to have
