Sr. Data Scientist (Ai/ML) Expert

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist who will support our product, sales, leadership and marketing teams with insights gained from analysing company data. The ideal candidate should be adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimisation and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action. He/She must possess strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. He/She must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• At least 5 years of experience leading teams or large projects with research experience in AI, Machine learning, Deep learning, Analytics, Optimisation, IoT, and Automation
• Solid experience in building products/product lines
• A strong background in Mathematics and building AI algorithms
• Extensive experience in processing large scale and complex data specifically for ML/DS/AI projects
• Statistical Modelling of Data
• Understanding of ML life cycle, including,training, testing, validating ,deploying and updating of models periodically
• Analyse and improve algorithms to meet the demand of customers and sustain the market edge in AI/ML
• Support Internal and External Clients with the understanding of Data Science design and methodology
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements
• Work with the C-Suite to define clear priorities and communicate it to the functional teams for design, development and production roll out
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging the company’s AI to drive business solutions
• Building tools to help businesses derive the maximum insights from data
• Successfully identify and develop emergent technologies to lead the path for future programs in AI and R&D to align required capabilities for multiple projects and business requirements
• Developing and mentoring teams of R&D scientists and software engineers towards our common goal of creating better experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills to document and explain complex systems
• Demonstrated deep domain knowledge in research and development of advanced AI/ML applications
• Experience with Supervised, unsupervised machine learning, regression,classification, time series analysis
• Understanding creation of business values from data
• Model deployment and serving using Flask,Django, web services
