IoS/Adnroid App developer

Job description

We are looking for an iOS/Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver features using agile development practices and by writing beautiful, maintainable code in the front and Back End of our systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and departmental events
• Work with in house and offshore teams to develop and deliver customer requirements
• Share knowledge in modern, SOLID development techniques
• Work under a TDD mind-set with regression testing at the heart of your development strategy.
• Produce code against our set of defined technical standards and processes
• Provide 2nd and 3rd Level support on our software solutions

Essential Technical Skills & Experience

• 6-12 months working as a full-time professional developer (Mobile, If Web also then it is plus factor)
• Experience in building applications utilising Google or similar geolocation map technologies
• Experience in building native mobile application for IOS and Android is a must
• Experience building a moderately complex Android/IOS app. Bonus if it is on the Play Store or if it can be viewed.
• Experience in building mobile apps with inbuilt sensors like GPS, accelerators, gyroscope etc., is an added advantage.
• Experience in building cross platform Real Time dynamic mobile application for IOS and Android.
• Experience in deploying applications to Apple Store & Google Play
• Building and deploying a moderately complex Flutter.
• Debugging/testing/optimisation, Animations.
• General knowledge of Location Services, Maps, and other common Android/IOS libraries.
• Good understanding of Platform channels and package development.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Firebase authentication.
• Cloud Fire store.
• Firebase push notifications.
• Object-oriented programming expert.
