United States onlyNEIS, LLC has been a leader in the insurance audit and loss control prevention industry since 1945 and is seeking a Data Entry Team Leader as we continue to grow our team. The Data Entry Team Lead is responsible for guiding a team that manages account data accuracy, inventory verification, and operational reporting across multiple systems. This role combines hands-on support with team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support to team members responsible for data entry, inventory verification, and reporting activities
- Assist with organizing and prioritizing assigned tasks to support accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion
- Participate in regular team check-ins and support training initiatives to build knowledge and skills
- Serve as a point of contact for routine questions, escalating complex data or inventory issues to the supervisor as needed
- Assist with testing and implementation of system updates affecting data entry and inventory processes
- Work with the supervisor to identify opportunities for workflow improvements and error reduction
- Assist in maintaining and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials
- Follow established processes and support adherence to team guidelines and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational processes and information sharing
- Provide additional team support or coordination coverage in the absence of the Data Entry Supervisor, as directed
- Prior experience in data entry, inventory control, or administrative support
- Familiarity with inventory systems or platforms
