Responsibilities
- As a .NET Developer, you will be a key member of our collaborative team supporting our federal client.
- You will work cross-functionally in an Agile environment to develop an application using .NET architecture with a focus on Entity Framework.
- Must be flexible, able to work in a highly collaborative environment, juggle multiple tasks at once, and work independently and collaboratively as needed.
- Must have superior interpersonal skills and strong communication skills.
- Be comfortable working directly with the Project Manager to support emerging client needs as well.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software development experience
- 4+ years of C#, ASP.NET, and .NET development experience
- 3+ years of RESTful web services experience
- Experience with .NET Core, JavaScript, and Angular v6 or higher
- Experience with Visual Studio Ultimate 2017/2019/+, TFS, and Git
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful services and WCF
- Containerization experience on Windows servers with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid knowledge of Scrum Agile development methodology
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with mentoring more junior developers on the team
- Entity Framework and Entity Framework Core
Other Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree (in computer science, engineering or related field) highly desired but can be substituted with 2 additional years of experience
- The nature of being a federal contractor is that the client gets to regulate a few aspects:
- The person for this role must be able to pass a Public Trust background check/clearance required by the Federal client.
- Our federal clients require that candidates qualified for the position must be US Citizens; we cannot sponsor employment visas for this role.
