Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or delivery roles within a technology-forward organization
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving software, infrastructure, integrations, or mission-critical systems
- Strong working knowledge of project delivery frameworks (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid)
- Experience with common project and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or equivalent)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, concise updates for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a consistent track record of driving projects to completion
