Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the Talent Acquisition team with attraction and acquisition of salaried and hourly talent while helping to evolve our recruitment process within the Arc’teryx Talent Acquisition team. You’re a natural relationship builder with a high attention to detail and quality. Business operations occur on Pacific, Central, Mountain, or East Coast Time Zones. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada or the US. Meet Your Future Team:You will join a collaborative team of energetic global Recruiters who are focused on attracting and selecting the very best candidates for our corporate, manufacturing and retail teams, while ensuring an incredible candidate experience every step of the way. The Talent Acquisition (TA) team works closely with the People and Culture Operations team for our ATS (Lever), reporting, advertising, and online/offline recruiting strategies, and with our People and Culture Business Partner and Total Rewards teams. If you were the Recruiting Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:· Providing administration and process support to the TA team throughout all aspects of the recruitment process· Coordinating interviews, travel logistics and onboarding schedules for candidates and new hires as required· Supporting data entry and ensuring accuracy and integrity across all systems and touchpoints· Coordinating with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless onboarding and to align first-day logistics for all new hires· Posting open positions through Lever and to local community outlets to recruit candidates· Conducting research to identify and engage promising candidates (LinkedIn, Boolean search, etc.)· Sending recruitment status updates hiring managers, hiring committees, and interview panels when needed· Contributing to building a strong recruitment network and talent pipelines via relationships with key institutions, networking events, career fairs, job boards, conferences, and promising past applicants· Preparing people related data and performance metric reports as required· Evaluating the existing suite of tools and integrations, continuously identifying areas of improvement· Documenting standard operating procedures for TA processes· Supporting TA team with creation of interview guides and tool kits Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:· Contributing to a continuously expanding recruitment database for the Talent Acquisition team· Building a strong recruitment network and talent pipeline via relationships with key institutions, networking events, career fairs, job boards, conferences, and promising past applicants· Supporting the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and Recruiters in creation and updating of interview guides and tool kitsHelping to identify roadblocks in our processes while seeking ways to improve workflows to maximize efficiencies and our time to hireParticipating in identifying and supporting TA projects and initiativesSupporting the Arc’teryx Talent Acquisition team in creating employer branding initiatives
Are you our next Recruiting Coordinator?· You have 2+ years' experience in a recruiting environment· You have had some exposure to and experience with recruiting processesYou have the ability to sensitively deal with confidential informationYou have the ability to consistently evaluate and evolve existing processesYou are not afraid to fail and use every opportunity to learn and shareYou effectively balance autonomy and collaborationYou have strong organizational and time management skills· You are experienced in managing projects from start to finish· You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions· You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity· You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right· You have experience using with LinkedIn Recruiter, SharePoint, applicant tracking systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook· You have an excellent command of the English language and strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills· You have experience in conducting Internet-based research· You have a passion for sustainability and the outdoors
