Software Engineer, Programming Languages and Runtime

Aptos is a people-first blockchain seeking a Software Engineer to join its Move language team, focusing on designing a new generation of the Move virtual machine (VM).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with background in compilers, performance optimization, concurrency or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust, C++, or similar, with a strong understanding of systems programming.
• Experience working with or knowledge of virtual machines, bytecode interpreters, code generation, memory management, parallel transaction execution and performance engineering.
