What You’ll Do:
Source and screen candidates using AI-powered platforms like JobDiva and LinkedIn Recruiter
Leverage AI-based resume parsing, ranking, and matching tools to reduce manual work and improve submission quality
Use automated outreach tools to increase candidate engagement and response rates
Collaborate with delivery teams using real-time dashboards and AI-enabled reporting
Work in US Eastern Time (EST) to support clients and hiring managers efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in US Staffing (IT/Non-IT)
Well-versed in end-to-end recruiting, including AI-supported sourcing, screening, and submittals
Knowledge of US visa classifications, tax terms, and compliance
Comfortable with AI recruiting tools, automation platforms, and CRM/ATS systems
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a high-tech, performance-driven setup
Work Location & Requirements:
📍 Onsite: Kharadi, Pune
💻 Remote: Must have a Windows PC and reliable high-speed internet
Shift Timings:
🕕 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (Eastern Standard Time)
