We are Apricot International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bridging the gap between displaced talent and global opportunity. Our mission is grounded in a simple yet powerful belief: while talent is distributed equally around the world, opportunity is not. We exist to change that narrative by connecting displaced and underserved professionals from the Middle East and North Africa (MENA)—with a particular focus on Palestine—to high-quality remote technology jobs.

We provide end-to-end support that includes training in interview skills, onboarding, communication, and ongoing mentorship to ensure long-term retention and career growth.
