ApprovalMax's journey began in March 2014, born from the vision of a team of seasoned workflow and Business Process Management (BPM) professionals. This dedication has fueled their growth, and by 2024, ApprovalMax was serving over 16,000 businesses globally, a testament to the widespread need for their solution. The introduction of add-ons like ApprovalMax Capture and ApprovalMax Pay further solidified its position as a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for automated accounts payable and receivable. Headquartered in the UK, the company now operates on a global scale, with a remote-first team of over 150 people spread across more than 24 countries, all working towards enhancing financial oversight and minimizing the risk of financial mismanagement for their diverse clientele.
