About this Role
We’re looking for a Content and Community leader to join our team and take charge of our content and engagement strategies. This is a high-impact role for a strategic content leader with deep experience in Demand Generation marketing. You’ll focus on driving brand positioning, increasing consumer engagement, and delivering measurable results across B2B and B2C audiences. In this role, you’ll create and execute content strategies that boost engagement, generate leads, and directly contribute to revenue growth. From email campaigns and newsletters to testimonials and presentations, your work will define our brand voice and resonate with our audiences. You’ll also oversee our internal and external Community efforts, partnering with the Network Success team to deepen connections with brokers, relocation directors, and agents. This is your chance to shape our brand’s direction while driving growth and fostering audience loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
Lead content strategy development for Demand Generation campaigns that solidify our brand positioning and deliver results.
Build consumer-focused content strategies that guide leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them with our partners and value proposition.
Oversee the end-to-end creation of impactful, consumer-driven content, collaborating with copywriters and designers to deliver clear, compelling materials across multiple formats.
Partner with the Customer Engagement team to craft inside sales scripts, automated emails, and other key customer touchpoints that drive action.
Create and implement community engagement strategies to strengthen our internal and external communities through events, newsletters, webinars, and presentations.
Ensure consistency in our brand voice, tone, and content experience across all channels, enhancing audience connection and engagement.
Test and refine new content formats tailored to the buyer journey, ensuring strategies are data-driven and impactful.
Requirements
8+ years of proven success in driving content strategies and building engaged communities.
A creative yet results-oriented mindset with expertise in community engagement and its business benefits.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with authenticity at the core.
Excellent copywriting skills, with a track record of creating persuasive marketing materials across various mediums.
Self-starter with exceptional project management capabilities and a knack for innovative thinking.
Experience using user data and testing to optimize content performance.
Collaborative experience with consumer marketing and sales teams.
Strong command of SEO copywriting, including hands-on experience with generative AI for search engine optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
