As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, your role will involve building, supporting, and consistently meeting business needs while simultaneously ensuring the stability of our infrastructure and increasing developer productivity. You will be responsible for designing and developing automated solutions that drive infrastructure decisions and developer productivity projects such as enhancements to test/deploy environments. Additionally, having experience working with CI/CD is a plus.
As a successful candidate, you should be well-versed in infrastructure system design to help drive platform stability, reliability, monitoring, and uptime. You should possess excellent organizational skills, strong technical ability, great communication skills, and the motivation to achieve results in a high-ownership and fast-paced environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand challenges, propose ideas, and drive solutions will be a crucial part of your job. You will continually automate repetitive tasks, improve existing processes, and add documentation to enhance the efficiency of the team.

- A strong engineering background in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, or a similar technical field is required for this role
- A deep understanding of developer workflows and an eagerness to optimize and build custom solutions to enhance the delivery and reliability of our products.

- High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity—you're not satisfied with surface-level answers. You want to dive into the data, the "how," and the "why" because "the way it's always been done" is not always the way it should be done
