• Capacité de communiquer efficacement à la fois oralement et par écrit
• Bonnes aptitudes de gestion de projets
• D’excellentes compétences relationnelles, du travail en équipe et de leadership.
• L’expérience du service à la clientèle est un atout.
• Solides compétences en analyse, en conception et en résolution de problèmes pour évaluer les problèmes d’affaires et appliquer les connaissances afin de trouver les solutions appropriées.
• Doit être prêt à apprendre, motivé, flexible, responsable et pouvoir exécuter efficacement plusieurs tâches à la fois.
• Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
• Connaissance de l’information afin de pouvoir utiliser PowerPoint, Excel et Microsoft Outlook.

Experience and Educational Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with a post-secondary institution. Must be able to work between 8 and 40 hours per week, depending on the department's needs.

Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Good project management skills
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Customer service experience an asset
• Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions
• Must be eager to learn, self-motivated, flexible, accountable and can effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of computers to operative effectively with PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, and Microsoft Outlook

The successful candidate may have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients or peers from cross-functional teams.
