Summary:
The PRDS Help Desk Co-Ordinator is a member of the PRDS (Preferred Rate Database Services) team. The team is accountable for loading and maintaining air and hotel contracts within the databases and must collaborate with various GBT departments to support the appropriate displays for all content in line with GBT’s business strategy. PRDS Help Desk Co-Ordinator, as an individual contributor, will be a subject matter expert who supports the end-to-end PRDS contract rate loading processes. Including, but not limited to: Hotel program loading, Air Contract loading, GDS Viewership, Fare audits, and Troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- The PRDS Help Desk Co-Ordinator role will have a key focus on ensuring, fulfilling, and loading contract negotiated rates for Air & hotel.
- Troubleshooting content and rate issues within the PRDS databases & GDS.
- Data quality efforts that ensure accuracy in customer information and contracts.
- Monitoring and managing own inbound case work via Salesforce within prescribed SLA targets.
- Provide relevant guidance and support that enables more effective submissions to PRDS.
- Supporting development of knowledge solutions related to processes.
- Ensuring high quality and timely deliverables as aligned with the key scorecard objectives and performance expectations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to optimize the PRDS customer experience.
Experience:
- A self-disciplined, hardworking outlook with experience of working in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding high-volume environment.
- Strong Air and/or Hotel contract knowledge.
- Understanding and experience working with Global Distribution Systems.
- Experience working with hotel/Air vendors a plus.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and listening skills.
- GBT Products and technology platforms experience a plus.
- Proven solution orientation and sharing of knowledge with others.
- Relationship building and team player.
- Focus on customer and customer solution orientation.
- Experienced in meeting and achieving performance metrics and service targets.
