- Design, manage, and optimize Salesforce architecture to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes, including data modeling, field management, automations, user roles, profiles, reporting, and system integrations.
- Be the go-to owner for the quality, accuracy, and reliability of data within Salesforce.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of our Salesforce architecture.
- Own integration between Salesforce and adjacent Sales applications.
- Offer expertise in Salesforce best practices, including integration and application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement.
- Work with our business analysts and operations experts to develop and orchestrate workflows across the funnel to drive predictability, improve internal productivity, and enhance the customer journey.
- Together with your team, create and update documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials for end users.
- Together with your team, craft and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to stakeholders across the entire business.
- Ensure compliance with control standards to maintain system stability and reliability for the business.
- 5+ years as architect/lead of Salesforce environments for high-growth SaaS companies, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ, retiring tech debt and improving managed apps, platform limits, and overall performance.
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce best practices, especially flow design, database management, configuration vs customization, and governor limits; also adept at troubleshooting complex implementations.
- Demonstrated ability in managing data quality, enrichment, and deduplication using Salesforce-native and non-native tools.
- Strong ability to build and interpret dashboards and reports for various stakeholders, aligned with business requirements.
- Capable of independently leading projects, including scoping, prioritizing, and executing initiatives based on stakeholder and internal requirements.
- Innate bias towards action and ownership driven by high velocity execution and over-communication.
- Holistic view of revenue operations and SFDC’s role as a core database and facilitator of x-functional processes that support the customer journey; you transcend the role of “SFDC Admin”.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Salesforce Analytics (CRMA) or Tableau, both from a data management perspective and an analytics/visualization perspective.
- First experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud
