We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BoM Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Junior BoM Analyst will assist in managing the Bill of Materials (BoM) for various projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other specialists, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members
• Validate and maintain Bills of Materials (BoMs) for various products, supporting order management, manufacturing, material requirements, and cost control
• Coordinate change management efforts with engineering teams, including writing Concerns and Product Change Notices (PCNs)
• Understand and explain product complexity effectively
• Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

• Experience with product data management processes and technologies (e.g., PLM, PDM)

• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and other specialists.

• Experience working and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members.

• Validation and maintainance of Bills of Materials (BoMs) for various products, supporting order management, manufacturing, material requirements, and cost control

• Experience coordinating change management
