Responsibilities
- Facilitate cross-team ceremonies (scrum of scrums, portfolio planning, backlog alignment).
- Establish a shared roadmap and delivery metrics for leadership and client visibility.
- Maintain transparency of dependencies, risks, and impediments across applications.
- Assess and standardize agile practices across teams (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).
- Introduce consistent cadences, tools, and reporting methods.
- Coach product owners, delivery leads, and engineers in agile and DevSecOps best practices.
- Partner with product owners to synchronize backlog prioritization and planning.
- Facilitate integrated release planning and coordinate delivery milestones.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of both rigor and innovation.
- Serve as a trusted delivery partner to division leadership.
- Support occasional engagement with state health department stakeholders to communicate progress and risks.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in agile delivery management, program management, and/or release train engineering.
- Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus).
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools (CI/CD, backlog management, automated testing).
- Proven success leading cross-team delivery in complex, multi-application environments.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Certifications such as SAFe RTE, PMI-ACP, CSP-SM, or equivalent are a plus.

- At this time, we will only accept candidates who are presently eligible to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship.
- Our organization requires that all work, for the duration of your employment, must be completed in the continental U.S. unless required by contract.
- If you are local to our offices in Arlington, Silver Spring, Novi, or Portland this role will be hybrid (in office on Wednesdays - collaboration days).
- Must be able to work during eastern time unless approved by your manager.
- Employees working remotely must have a dedicated, ergonomically appropriate workspace free from distractions with a mobile device that allows for productive and efficient conduct of business.
