We are seeking to add Project Finance Specialists to our marketplace. You will play a role in the financial planning and execution of renewable energy projects for our clients.
This includes building and maintaining financial models, securing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and managing concessions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for renewable energy projects.
- Perform scenario analysis and stress testing to ensure financial robustness.
- Update models regularly to reflect project progress and changes in assumptions.
Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs):
- Negotiate and secure PPAs with utility companies and other off-takers.
- Analyze PPA terms and conditions to ensure favorable economic outcomes.
- Monitor compliance with PPA obligations and manage any amendments.
Concessions Management:
- Identify and secure project concessions from relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with concession agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage relationships with concession grantors to maintain project viability.
Project Financing:
- Structure and secure project financing, including debt, equity, and grants.
- Liaise with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to arrange funding.
- Prepare and present financial documentation and proposals to potential financiers.
Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes that may impact project finances.
- Ensure financial compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Track project financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project finance, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience negotiating and managing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and concessions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and industry standards.
