Allica Bank seeks a motivated Fraud Analyst to join their fast-paced team, responsible for fraud risk review, case load management, and recovery of funds. The ideal candidate has experience in fraud investigation, strong knowledge of transaction and payment processing rules, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • Fraud Investigation experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of transaction and payment processing rules, regulations, and platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good negotiation skills, able to engage effectively in challenging situations and under pressure.
  • Quality relationship management skills and the ability to engage across a wide range of differing stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Organisational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
