Remote Front End / React Developer (Next.js) / ERP SaaS

Role Overview
Be part of the founding team shaping a next generation ERP SaaS platform for the construction industry. We are hiring a Frontend Engineer to help bring our product vision to life. The platform will redefine time tracking, payroll, project management, and real time analytics at scale.

Tech Stack
• Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind, SCSS, Zustand, shadcn/ui, Framer Motion
• Backend: Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL (SQL, multi tenant schema design)

What You’ll Do
We are looking for someone who obsesses over detail, strives for technical perfection, and takes pride in building things the right way.
• Build a scalable, multi tenant ERP SaaS platform from the ground up using our modern stack
• Establish clean architecture, design patterns, and development standards that will define the product’s long term success
• Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment, with a focus on precision, performance, and long term maintainability
• Operate in a high performance culture with daily standups (8:00 AM EST / 15:00 Kyiv time) and sprint based execution

Must Have Requirements

• TypeScript (ES6+)

• React / Next.js

• State management (RTK/Redux or Zustand)
  • REST API standard
  • Tailwind CSS
  • Git (branches, pull requests, code review)

• Responsive mobile first UI

Nice To Have

• GraphQL

• e2e testing (Playwright or similar)

• shadcn/ui design system

• Performance optimization experience

Hiring Process
1. Intro call with HR. A short conversation to align on experience, expectations, and fit.
2. Founder interview. A deeper discussion about product vision, culture, and how you can make an impact.
3. Technical interview and coding challenge. A practical session to demonstrate your skills and problem solving approach.
