As a Client Development Representative (CDR) at Veriforce, you’ll play a critical role in fueling our growth engine by generating high‑quality, late‑stage opportunities for our Outside Sales team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers—educating them on our value, qualifying their needs, and creating meaningful sales opportunities that convert.
This role is ideal for a high‑energy, goal‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about helping organizations improve safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

What that means day-to-day:

Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct targeted prospecting within assigned territories to feed the Outside Sales funnel.
  • Perform research using tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Google, and industry resources to identify ideal customer profiles and buyer personas.
Inbound Qualification
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads from Marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their goals, challenges, timelines, and buying authority.
  • Clearly articulate Veriforce’s value proposition tailored to each role, use case, or industry.
Opportunity Development
  • Generate interest, handle early-stage objections, and educate prospects on our platform and services.
  • Schedule high‑quality introductory discovery/qualification meetings for Outside Sales.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on territory plans, campaign execution, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
Sales Process Execution & Alignment
  • Log all activities, notes, and prospect intelligence in Salesforce to ensure high‑quality data and visibility for the broader team.
Participate in:
  • Weekly planning and review sessions with the Sales Development Manager
  • Weekly pipeline‑generation syncs with Sales & Marketing
  • Territory or vertical strategy calls as needed
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified meeting and opportunity quotas.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Strong communication skills, curiosity, and resilience
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and ask great discovery questions
  • Motivated by goals, metrics, and personal growth
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Previous SDR or sales experience a plus, but not required
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 10% travel for conferences, tradeshows, or company meetings.
