As a Deployment Change Enablement Specialist, you will be trusted with planning, organizing, and implementing effective change enablement, training and communication strategies & plans for multiple global digital product deployments. Responsibilities include creation of product and deployment specific messaging, training and change mitigations for internal and external audience. This role involves collaborating closely with global markets, their various teams and customers to support change adoption, manage communication channels, provide training programs, work with existing project teams, integrate change activities into project plans, and assess organizational readiness for change.
This position is remote-US and a typical day will include:
- Change Enablement: Apply change enablement processes and tools to support comprehensive strategies aligning with market product adoption. Execute change enablement workstream from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful product deployment. Conduct change analyses and assess the impacted functions change readiness. Integrate change enablement activities seamlessly into project roadmaps to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. When needed oversee integration of vendor tasks and responsibilities.
- Communication and Training Plan: Contribute to and execute communication plans aligned with organizational objectives and communications strategy to enhance employee experience, engagement and customer adoption. Document detailed stakeholder descriptions and develop key messages.
- Writing, Editing, and Designing: Create and edit a wide range of global communications and training materials, supporting both internal to Alcon and external (customer) stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring to Alcon:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience
