As Procurement Lead, you will elevate Alan's procurement setup into a high-impact, business-enabling capability, improving processes, governance, and templates for better supplier management and purchasing decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years procurement experience
- Proven track record structuring and scaling procurement in evolving setups
- Strong negotiation skills with complex commercial agreements, especially SaaS/IT contracts
- Excellent stakeholder management across Finance, Legal, Workplace, IT, and business teams
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to go deep into spend, pricing models, contracts and usage patterns
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French
