Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish/French/Dutch
- High level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- Capable of building automations (Zapier, n8n...)
- Excellent at launching and steering projects by setting the high level vision and monitoring the day to day progress
- Strong at optimizing processes while never compromising with members' delight
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments: you know how to deal with uncertainty, remaining proactive and focused on efficiency
- Love to collaborate with transversal teams, not afraid to be hands-on nor to challenge past decisions
